Interview: Cover model Olga Shutieva (Italië)

Can you tell us a little about you?
My name is Olga Shutieva, I am half Ukrainian half Russian, living in Italië and I work as a photomodel and as an actress

If you could change anything about yourself, what would it be?
I would like to be more patient maybe, because usually I want to have everything and immediatly ;)

How did you start modeling?
When I was studying at school my brother told me to go to the model agency, because also his girlfriend did so. I tried, I succeeded and I started working first in Moscow and then, when I was just arrived in  Italy, I was stopped on the street by the owner of a model agency, my first one here in Bologna. At the moment I collaborate with several model agencies in different Italian cities, I have also my personal website and I am rappresented by the Emanagement  for my acting works.

What do you think of the work as a model?
I think it is a hard work that requires a lot of time, scarify and determination. It is a fantastic work that allows you to transform yourself in every shooting you do, creating a new image of yourself, transmitting your feelings, leaving a part of yourself in the outside world and showing how many characters are inside of you.

What is your beauty regimen?
The only thing I always do is to take off the make up ;)

What are your personal qualities which distinguish you from others?
It should be wiser to ask this question to people who worked with me, personally I believe that everybody is different and has his own peculiarities

What are your plans for the future?
At the moment I think to continue my work as a model and I hope to have some chance to become an actress, I am just waiting that it will come out an italian fiction Onore e Rispetto 5, where I was onored to have a big role with a famous italian actor Gabriel Garko, it was my first experience as an actress so I'm just waiting to see it on tv.

What are some of your favorite experiences so far?
A few days ago I was doing a part of a very interesting project of an italian photographer Marta Petrucci that created a story inspired to Popovy sisters dolls, which you can see a first picture on the cover; really I can not wait when it will come out the whole shooting! It was the most emotional experiense of the last days.

Do you have any advice for those who want to start modeling?
The first one is to not pay for the book and the second one - do not do it if it is not really your dream

What do you think of the magazine?
I consider this magazine very usefull for models, photographers, make up artists, stylists and other persons working in modeling, it gives to everybody the opportunity to show his works and to create new cooperations.
