Interview: Model Andreas Lunde Østerøy (Norway)

Can you tell us a little about you?

I am Andreas Lunde Østerøy from Norway and I am 20 years old.  I do play volleyball as a hobby, hanging out with friends and ofcourse modeling. I do love to travel around and meet new people. I am at the moment represented by Ambiton models, my mother agency.

If you could change anything about yourself, what would it be?

I try my best to keep my health in order, but if it's anything i should change it might be that I could work harder to reach my goal. I need to find ways to focus and always try to stay positive.

How did you start modeling?

It started with a course were Donna Ioanna sent 6 normal teenagers to Milano to live as super models for four days. It was a really fun experience with a great model agent who made us like super models on camera.

What do you think of the work as a model?

I do love my work, but it's difficult as other jobs. You need good mental health, and move a lot. Moving around and meeting new people every day is something i really like about this job.

What is your beauty regimen?

I focus about my health both physically and mentally, work out as my body can and take care of my skin.

What are your personal qualities which distinguish you from others?

I am a person who understand others, care about others and always make them smile. It's always some way I can make people laugh.

What are your plans for the future?

My plan now is to finish this year on school, move in to Oslo and see if I start to work or take more school. If I get the chance, i would start as an international model.

What are some of your favorite experiences so far?

It was in Milano with the other girls, after the shoots when we came out together and just saw the city from a high tower where we had our dinner. You could even see the stars, it was amazing.

Do you have any advice for those who want to start modeling?

You should focus about your mentally health. Sometimes the photograph say no, then you're just not right for that job. Don't start losing hope or try to change yourself. Remember to have fun while doing photoshoots, focus about being positive.

What do you think of the magazine?

I do love the magazine. A lot of great photographs, models and makeup artists. I do know some of the models, so it's very fun to see friends here. It's a really inspiring magazine, who give me new ideas everytime I read it.
