Ukrainian model Anna Avramenko is working internationally since 2010. Started as a hobby during university years, modeling soon became her passion and devotion, as well as full time job. She worked in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Greece, Hong Kong etc. Her portfolio boasts covers of several magazines, as well as editorials in Vogue and Harper's Bazaar Ukraine, Woman magazine Ukraine, InCover magazine Spain etc, numerous fashion shows, brand campaigns and lookbooks.

 

Having a degree in art history, Anna enjoys extensive traveling and experiencing different cultures, always visits museums and exhibitions, looks for non-touristic impressions and hidden gems in every place, takes travel photos and loves to take part in offbeat artistic projects.

 

Her favorite countries are France and Spain - and once she'll probably move to the Mediterranean! 

 

“But still, I love spending time at home with my beloved Igor and our cat, to cook and have fun together!”, - she says, even if her boyfriend joins her on some travels.

“I am the happiest and the luckiest, and I like to share this enjoyment of life, our world is amazing!”, - she's not going to stop, indeed!

 

 

Can you tell us a little about you?

I am an alien and a traveling muse.

 

If you could change anything about yourself, what would it be?

I'd like to be less self-critical and self-stressing about things which are not so important.

 

How did you start modeling?

I have been dreaming about modeling since I was 5 years old :) But I started it as a hobby much later, during my university years, and it got professional pretty fast.

 

What is your beauty regimen?

I am an energetic person, it helps! I walk a lot, do some morning exercises and stretching, eat healthily (but no exhausting diets, I love desserts! always remove the make up before sleep, and yep, try to sleep enough (that is nearly impossible when you travel so much).

 

What are your personal qualities which distinguish you from others?

I am a perfectionist and I apply high standards to everything I do, expecting same from others

 

What do you think of the work as a model?

It's the best job in the world: traveling, creative projects, meeting new people. You need to be passionate about it though. And be strong enough to face the difficulties.

 

What are your plans for the future?

Never to stop. I want to continue exploring the world, it's beauty and uniqueness. To work with talented artists and to create inspirational projects. I have an art history degree so maybe one day I'll be a gallerist.

 

What are some of your favorite experiences so far?

First travel - Paris, it was absolutely unforgettable! I was crying with happiness on the top of Notre Dame. And I come to my beloved city every few months since then. Working with world-known photographer Alvin Booth was amazing experience too.

 

Do you have any advice for those who want to start modeling?

Follow your heart! And never give up.
