Tell us something about yourself
I am Polish photographer living and study both in Poland and Denmark.

How and when did you get into photography?
It was when I was studying graphic design in Aalborg (Dk). I realized, that I was always passionate about the picture, illustration, painting, cinema, all visual art in general. I fall in love in photography from the moment, when friend of mine borrowed me his DSL during Summer holidays.
 

What does photography mean to you?
It’s a passion and job. Showing passing time in the way how I see it.
 

Please briefly describe your photography style for our readers.
Style is liquid and changing all the time. My pictures describe my style.
 

Where do you get inspiration from?
Coffee, whisky, sex, good reading or a movie. And most of all, people I am working with
 

Think you in advance what you want in the picture?
In many cases yes, but I always live window open for improvisation at the spot
 

Studio, on location or both?
Both, but studio is too hermetic, too predictable, so I prefer to change locations.
 

Would you consider yourself a hobbyist or a paid professional?
Write now photography is my main source of income, but also a hobby :)
 

What has been your most memorable session and why?
I had some private sessions, witch will be always very close to me. But one of pro-one was with make-up artist Aleksandrą Szczepanek, Asią Słupczewską as model and polish stylist Justyną Puchalską. We had clothes from Bartmanska (designer), a whole bunch of them, a car and couple locations in Warsaw. It took as a whole day and we finished with a lot of great pictures, but on the end of the day, I wasn’t able to move my legs.
 

What has been the biggest source of inspiration in your work?
Psychology and emotions of the person I am taking picture of. And people I am working with!
 

Nikon or Canon? Favorite lens?
I have Nikon, but in this same time I would love to use Canon, Hasselblad or Leica. But let’s all remember, that is just a tool, you are taking picture, not your camera.
 

What is one piece of advice you would like to offer a new photographer looking to start their own business?
I am still working on mine, it’s a tough business, it’s not easy to compete. Shoot, develop, upload. Show your works to the world.
 

What do you think of our new magazine?
I think it’s a great idea for beginner and and pro’s to show their works in one place. I must say, I recognize many faces and names who were in the magazine so far.
