Can you tell us a little about you? 
My name is Sofia Nevezhina. I am a graphic designer and an artist. Actually I do everything that connected with nice pictures and photos. Modeling, body painting and work as a photographer myself. I love to be creative. 

If you could change anything about yourself, what would it be?

Hard to say, I think I would spend my student years for something that I would use more in my everyday work. I am an orientalist (oriental and African culture specialist) I got my degree in Russia in one of the best universities but there is no such profession in Europe. To be honest it is not as creative as I wish, so I was looking for something else. I always wanted to create an art, but my parents did not take it serious. So now I am multi functional specialist. It is good, but if I would go back in past I would change this. 

How did you start modeling?
My friend asked me to go to the model agency with her, she did not want to go there alone and I had to go with her. I never had any dreams to be a model, but as long as I start it, I like it. I have a lot of friends photographers and I was involved in this industry very fast. 

What do you think of the work as a model? 
It is nice, the best time for this work is 16 – 20 years. It could give a lot of nice emotions and traveling experience. I was not so active as a model before I came here, I was very busy with my study and work. Now I see more possibilities for myself and keep on thinking about moods and ideas for my future shootings. I dream to make perfect shootings with perfect results. It is difficult, but so exiting! 

What is your beauty regimen?
Just be myself. Do not follow any style, but be different! I do not like to look the same on photos, I think a model should be an actress and should be able to change and to play with emotions. It is something that make photos stronger and helps photographer to create a mood. 

What are your personal qualities which distinguish you from others?
As a graphic designer I can see much more details then just a model. It helps a lot, it is easier for photographer to work.

What are your plans for the future?
Keep on working! I want to create something unique. 

What are some of your favorite experiences so far?
Oh I had a lot. I love to work with people I worked before. It makes the atmosphere more relaxed and cozy. But I also love to work with new people and big teams sometimes it is like a fresh air and opens new horizons. I can learn something new from them. Without a good team it is more difficult to create good result.  

Do you have any advice for those who want to start modeling?
Just do it! Work on yourself, be in shape, learn how to be different how to play emotions. Do not be afraid of difficulties, cold water, rain, not comfortable shoes that you would have to wear on fashion shows and etc. Be sure that you really like what you do, be ready that it can be not so easy. Be ready that commercial usually less creative. If you want to work as a model (not just a hobby), then you need to work a lot and be critical to yourself. Everybody has something to work on. 

What do you think of the magazine?
I read it and found useful and interesting. I saw works of several people I worked before and I found some new contacts. It is nice!
